POLINER – Ink Fountain Liners

Used in conjunction with Heidelberg’s CPC Inking Systems. Poliners are made of two standard gauge polyesters and one custom.

POLINER Standard – 7.5 mil, 100 per case

POLINER WEBs without Foam– 100 per case

POLINER WEBs with Foam- 7.5 mil, 20 per case

POLINER EX – 10 mil, 100 per case for extremely long runs with conventional inks or short runs with UV inks, 10-mil polyester provides the life typically needed.

POLINER CUSTOM – 12 mil, 50 per case specifically for use with UV inks, 12-mil polyester provides the durability needed during long runs with coarse inks.

NEW POLINER CD LINERS – Specifically for use with the SpeedMaster 74CD and 102CD, these liners have a single fold on the trailing edge where the standard liners have the ‘C’ fold. CD Liners can be supplied with the corners “clipped” to 45 degrees for an additional charge or with square corners for the same price as the standard SpeedMaster 72 and 102 liners.
